Channel Sales Manager (Mountain View, CA)

BDNA is expanding its Team and seeking a highly motivated Channel Sales Manager to accelerate the rapid growth it’s experiencing with its partners. This growth is being driven by newly released software solutions and the value they deliver to partners and customers alike. BDNA is seeking a highly driven individual who has a track record of Channels-related success, preferably through a Microsoft Large Account Reseller (LAR).
Responsibilities:
- Develop new partners and expand on the success of existing partners.
- Meet or exceed assigned quotas by creating plans and executing them in conjunction with the BDNA Sales team.
- Provide sales support to partner Sales teams through sales enablement, training, participating in customer meetings, business case and proposal creation and solution demonstrations.
- Maximize BDNA Presales, Services and Inside Sales teams to support partner selling efforts and execute partner business plans.
- Attend and participate in joint Marketing events including seminars, trade shows, conferences and user group meetings.
Requirements:
- Minimum ten years of successful Sales, Channels or Business Development experience.
- Enterprise software experience with focus on infrastructure, operations and applications.
- Demonstrated knowledge and success in selling through Microsoft Large Account Resellers (LARs).
- Successfully worked with sales teams and partners to execute sales and territory plans.
- Proven ability to identify new partners, create and execute go-to-market plans, execute partner agreements and drive net-new sales.
- Demonstrated success in managing Forecasts and Pipelines for multiple partners.
- Ability to work with a cross-organizational and extended team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelors Degree

- Quarter-over-Quarter Pipeline growth.
- Enablement and support of partner selling efforts.
